KUALA LUMPUR: Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned unit Puncak Oil & Gas Sdn Bhd has signed a joint-venture agreement with Aerosystems Tactical Sdn Bhd to provide water supply treatment equipment in Sarawak. KUALA LUMPUR: Sarawak Energy Bhd signed a memorandum of understanding last Saturday for China Three Gorges Project Corp to undertake a comprehensive review of the proposed design of the civil construction works and the mechanical and electrical plant and equipment of the Murum Hydroelectric Project in Sarawak. – Bernama PETALING JAYA: Ireka Corp Bhd has announced a proposed acquisition from Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) a parcel of land in Kuala Lumpur for RM10.8mil and the execution of a call option agreement that allows ownership of the land to be transferred to Aseana Properties Ltd. A conditional sales and purchase agreement was signed on Aug 10 between wholly-owned subsidiary United Time Development Sdn Bhd (UTD) and TM for the 54,003 sq ft parcel.
The land is currently designated for use of a telecommunications exchange facility, which has not been erected.
PETALING JAYA: CB Industrial Product Holding Bhd has been awarded a RM79mil contract by Felda Palm Industries Sdn Bhd for the supply of palm oil mills at seven locations.
