KUALA LUMPUR: Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned unit Puncak Oil & Gas Sdn Bhd has signed a joint-venture agreement with Aerosystems Tactical Sdn Bhd to provide water supply treatment equipment in Sarawak.

A conditional sales and purchase agreement was signed on Aug 10 between wholly-owned subsidiary United Time Development Sdn Bhd (UTD) and TM for the 54,003 sq ft parcel.
The land is currently designated for use of a telecommunications exchange facility, which has not been erected. PETALING JAYA: CB Industrial Product Holding Bhd has been awarded a RM79mil contract by Felda Palm Industries Sdn Bhd for the supply of palm oil mills at seven locations. PETALING JAYA: SCOMI GROUP BHD has announced a share buy-back of 300,000 shares for between RM1.55 to RM1.57 per share.
