KUALA LUMPUR: Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) hopes to encourage more of its TM Online business customers to make cashless payments through its new cheque payment service, said chief executive officer, Malaysia Business Zamzamzairani Mohd Isa.
At present, these customers can only view their bill statements on TM Online but payment has to be made at TM point outlets or through their respective account managers.
