Proton believes worst is over

SHAH ALAM: Proton Holdings Bhd, which is expecting to post a profit for its current financial year ending March 31, 2008 (FY08), believes the worst is over. 

A deal with China's Youngman Automobile Group Ltd and potential tie-ups in other international markets are expected to improve the fortunes of the national motor vehicle company as it prepares to launch its latest sedan in the Malaysian market.
