JAKARTA: Indonesia, the world’s largest oil palm grower, may cap the area that plantation companies may own to prevent single groups from becoming too dominant, Agriculture Minister Anton Apriantono said.
“We are studying a limit,” Apriantono told reporters in Jakarta yesterday, without saying what figure was being considered.
