PETALING JAYA: Transmile Group Bhd has appointed Soh Chin Teck chairman of the nomination committee in place of Datuk Abu Huraira Abu Yazid. 

The air cargo carrier has also appointed Wong Yoke Ming chairman of the remuneration committee, replacing Tan Sri A. Razak Ramli. 

PETALING JAYA: Salcon Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Salcon Engineering Bhd, via its joint venture Rastamas-Salcon JV, has received letter of award from Pengarah Kerja Raya Sabah for a sewage project.  

The project was awarded at a provisional contract sum of RM183.35mil, the company said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia.  

The job involves the proposed sewage works in Inanam Catchment and Penampang Catchment, and proposed refurbishment of works for pump stations in Kota Kinabalu. 

PETALING JAYA: IOI Corp Bhd said its shares would be suspended on Aug 9 to facilitate its capital repayment.  

The suspension would continue until the completion of the exercise, it said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia.
