Govt to blacklist firms forging certs of origin

KUALA LUMPUR: The government will blacklist and impose anti-dumping duty to companies found forging or abusing the certificates of origin, said International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Rafidah Aziz.

In a move to check the misconduct, Rafidah also warned to withdraw the powers of business chambers and trade associations that were found to have negligently authorised forged certificates of origin.
