Sime unit buys into travel firm

KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Bhd unit Sime Darby Hong Kong Ltd will acquire 30% of Westminster Travel Ltd for HK$86.9mil (RM38.3mil). 

Another Sime subsidiary, Sime Travel Holdings Ltd, owns the other 70% of Westminster, which operates travel and tour agencies.
