MD: Rohas-Euco has two months to convene EGM

KUALA LUMPUR: Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd has up to two months to convene an EGM for shareholders to approve the proposal to delist the company, said managing director George Sia Bun Chun.  

Major shareholders Sia and Tan Sri Wan Azmi Wan Hamzah and their spouses, have offered to buy the remaining shares they do not own in Rohas-Euco for RM1.80 each via Temasek Team Sdn Bhd.
