PETALING JAYA: A private equity group is making a RM288mil bid to take over Courts Mammoth Bhd, one of the country's biggest furniture and electrical items retailer.
AmInvestment Bank Bhd, on behalf of Malaysia Retail Group Ltd, said yesterday that it planned to offer RM1.02 a share to take Bursa Malaysia-listed Courts Mammoth private.
