KUALA LUMPUR: Trans-Peninsula Petroleum Sdn Bhd (TPP) may have won the Government’s blessing to proceed with the proposed US$7bil crude oil pipeline, but the sceptics are not fully convinced that the company can pull it off on time.
This is because of the sticky issues plaguing the acquisition of land in the three states involved in the project.
