PETALING JAYA: Although thrilled that the Government has slashed airport tax for passengers of the Low-Cost Carrier Terminals at KL International Airport and Kota Kinabalu International Airport, AirAsia Bhd hopes the charges could be reduced further.
Hailing the reduction as a “huge victory” for AirAsia, chief executive officer Datuk Tony Fernandes, however, said: “I believe we can go lower. I want it to be zero.”
