PENANG: Pensonic Holdings Bhd has established a strategic alliance with Tunes Hotel Sdn Bhd to supply Pensonic products to its three hotels in the country.

Its managing director Dixon Chew told The Star that the group would be supplying all the Tunes Hotels in the country with air-condition, ceiling fans and plasma televisions.

The three Tunes Hotels are located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Sarawak.

"We are setting up a Pensonic gallery for each of the Tunes hotels to showcase Pensonic home electronic products and to provide information on them.

"The Pensonic galleries ... will serve as information centres for Pensonic products," he said.

Chew said the group would also spend RM6mil on an advertising and promotion campaign to celebrate the group's 25th anniversary this year.

"We are releasing a new range of home electronics products and electrical appliances such as LCD televisions, vacuum cleaners and induction cookers in conjunction with the celebration.

"These products, all available in maroon, will be introduced next month," he said.

Chew said the celebration, kicking off in July, would last for 25 weeks.
