KUALA LUMPUR: Almost every other middle manager in Malaysia wants to switch to other employers, says global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company Accenture.
This 43% of those surveyed said the main reason is lack of prospects for advancement at their current positions, according to executive partner Joan Hoi Lai Ping, who sees middle managers as the backbone of an organisation.
