BERLIN: Porsche AG, the maker of the 911 and Cayenne, said the offer period for its low-ball 35.9 billion euros (US$48.9bil) bid for Volkswagen AG will run for four weeks, starting yesterday.
The period ends on May 29, according to the Stuttgart, Germany-based company. Porsche said it had bid 100.92 euros for one ordinary share and 65.54 euros for a preferred share.
