KUALA LUMPUR: REDtone International Bhd said its wholly owned subsidiary REDtone Technology Sdn Bhd has acquired 10.5% of EB Capital Bhd's issued and paid-up share capital for RM2.48mil. – Bernama KUALA LUMPUR: Berjaya Corp Bhd (BCorp) said the Higher Education Ministry has invited Berjaya Higher Education Sdn Bhd (BEducation) to establish a university college under the name Berjaya University College of Hospitality. BEducation is a 51%-owned subsidiary of Berjaya Group Bhd, which in turn is wholly owned by BCorp.
The invitation is subject to BEducation submitting a complete application to establish and register a university college to the ministry by April 1, 2008. – Bernama
