KUALA LUMPUR: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) has signed an agreement to build a RM17mil thermal energy storage (TES) system for Institut Jantung Negara's (IJN) new medical wing.
TNB vice-president (investment management) Datuk Nik Ibrahim said under the deal signed, the national utility's wholly-owned unit TNB Engineering Corp Sdn Bhd (TNEC) would build the system, maintain and operate it for 20 years.
