Scomi unit sets up company in Iran

KUALA LUMPUR: Scomi Group Bhd said its indirect unit KMC Oiltools (Cayman) Ltd has set up a company called Scomi Oiltools Services (Kish) Ltd in Iran. 

“Scomi Oiltools is currently dormant and is intended to be principally involved in sales and the provision of services to the oil and gas industry in Iran,” it said in a stock exchange filing.
