PETALING JAYA: Mega First Corp Bhd's successful turnaround story is “little noticed” by the investment community, according to Aseambankers in a report that initiated coverage on the stock.
The brokerage noted that the entry of Goh Nan Kioh as the controlling shareholder in 2003 started a series of corporate restructuring, including the divestment of non-core business like travel and lingerie businesses and deconsolidation of its engineering operations in Britain.
