KUALA LUMPUR: Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) is not in talks to ease the voting rights restriction on foreign shareholding in the company, said group chief executive officer Datuk Abdul Wahid Omar.
He was commenting on reports that Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) was in talks with Khazanah Nasional Bhd on a possible review of the limit on voting rights imposed on foreign shareholding in government-linked companies (GLCs).
