CHINA will emerge as the next manufacturing powerhouse in consumer electronics, according to Scott & English Electronics Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Ng Kong Chin.
He said the Malaysian Government has gazetted a gradual import duty reduction on consumer electronics goods manufactured in China to facilitate free trade between the two countries.
