PETALING JAYA: Analysts expect Negara Properties (M) Bhd, a 63%-owned subsidiary of Golden Hope Plantations Bhd (GHope), to be delisted should a mandatory general offer (MGO) for the company go through.
The property development company has received an MGO from special purpose vehicle Synergy Drive Sdn Bhd arising from the proposed mega merger of Bursa Malaysia-listed plantation players Sime Darby Bhd, GHope and Kumpulan Guthrie Bhd.
