MPHB making general offer to buy Magnum Corp shares


KUALA LUMPUR: Multi-Purpose Holdings Bhd (MPHB) is making a conditional general offer to buy the remaining 60.1%, or about 859 million shares of Magnum Corp Bhd for RM2bil or RM2.30 per share in cash. 

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, MPHB said the offer is conditional upon MPHB securing acceptances of at least 50 + 1% of the total issued and paid-up capital of Magnum Corp.
