PETALING JAYA: MBf Holdings Bhd's (MBfH) major shareholder and CEO Datuk Dr Ninian Mogan Lourdenadin has built a strategic 22% stake in MBf Corp Bhd that is currently controlled by Datuk Loy Teik Ngan, statements to Bursa Malaysia show.
Dr Mogan's accumulation of MBf Corp shares could be a prelude to a bigger role and an even more significant stake. In addition, Loy may be more interested in the Taylor's education business that is owned privately by his family, sources said yesterday.
