MISC UNIT, GERMAN FIRM IN JOINT VENTURE: MISC Bhd
said its wholly-owned unit MISC Integrated Logistics Sdn Bhd has formed a 60:40 joint venture with Germany's BLG International Logistics GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BLG AG.
The joint venture would offer integrated automotive logistics services in Malaysia, the shipping firm said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia. – AFX-Asia
