British firm to buy 25% of Techfast


PETALING JAYA: Trifast plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange, has signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement to buy a 25% stake in Mesdaq-listed Techfast Holdings Bhd.  

Techfast announced to Bursa Malaysia yesterday that Trifast would pay 50 sen cash per share for 38 million Techfast shares of 10 sen par each. That will amount to RM19mil.
