KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airlines (MAS) has signed a 10-year contract with SITA for its Horizon portfolio of passenger management solutions, which is expected to play a key role in saving over RM100mil annually and in the airline’s business turnaround plan.
The agreement was signed last Friday between MAS managing director and chief executive officer Idris Jala and SITA senior vice-president for passenger and travel solutions Richard Stokes.
