SHANGHAI: Talks to extend a high-speed magnetic levitation train to the Chinese city of Hangzhou remain on track, a company spokeswoman said yesterday, despite a crash involving a similar train that killed 23 people in Germany.
The elevated Transrapid, one of the world's fastest trains, collided with a maintenance truck at high speed on Friday on a test track in the Emsland district of Germany.
