KUALA LUMPUR: RCE Capital Bhd
intends to issue an additional RM1bil to RM1.5bil fixed-rate medium-term notes (MTNs) this current financial year ending March 31, 2007.
The new issue was aimed at expanding RCE's financial borrowings business, said group managing director Soo Kim Wai.
