TSR gets RM3bil UiTM contract

TSR Capital Bhd said it has received a letter of undertaking from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) to develop 660 acres in Sepang into a medical city, estimated to cost RM3bil. 

In a statement, TSR said the development would be undertaken by the joint-venture company between Properties Sdn Bhd and TSR-TH Properties Sdn Bhd, and funded through private finance initiatives.
