KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer United Malayan Land Bhd (UM Land) expects better performance this year on revenue recognition from confirmed sales of more than RM300mil.
The company's new launches at its Seri Austin township near Johor Baru had also attracted good response and should contribute positively to its earnings, acting chief executive officer Pee Tong Lim told reporters after the group's AGM and EGM yesterday.
