KUALA LUMPUR: The Rashid Hussain Bhd (RHB) board of directors is waiting for its biggest shareholder, Utama Banking Group Bhd (UBG), to nominate a candidate for its chairman position, which was made vacant by Tan Sri Sulaiman Abdul Rahman Taib's resignation on Wednesday.
Once the nomination was made, it would be submitted to Bank Negara for approval, RHB non-independent non-executive director Vaseehar Hassan Abdul Razack told StarBiz.
