WELLINGTON (AP) - New Zealand's central bank left its official cash rate unchanged at 7.25 percent Thursday, as expected by the market.
But in a gloomy forecast Reserve Bank Governor Alan Bollard said inflation and growth outlooks had deteriorated since the bank's March review of economic prospects.
