PETALING JAYA: QSR Brands Bhd is expected to proceed with its scheduled EGM today, but it lacks a decision from the Federal Court that would help resolve a battle for board control.
The parties involved had hoped the Federal Court would hand out a decision on Monday, but the hearing was adjourned to Tuesday, and continues today.
