KUALA LUMPUR: QSR Brands Bhd said it has appointed Chai Sing Hong and Ahmad Aznan Mohd Nawawi its new chairman and deputy chairman, respectively.
Chai was chairman and chief executive officer of Byford International Ltd from August 1999 until August 2004, and currently chairman and substantial shareholder of MicroMediCare SA (MMC), a Geneva-based medical device manufacturer, QSR said in a notice to the stock exchange.
