KUALA LUMPUR: Kulim (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a court order to stop QSR from exercising its entire voting rights at the forthcoming annual stockholders’ meeting of KFC Holdings (M) Bhd (KFCH), said QSR Brands Bhd.
“QSR has been notified by its solicitors that Kulim has filed an ex-parte injunction application against KFCH and QSR at the Kuala Lumpur High Court,” QSR said in a statement.
