SYDNEY: Publishing & Broadcasting Ltd, which owns Australia's biggest casino, said it appointed Qantas Airways Ltd chief executive officer Geoff Dixon and Westfield Group's David Lowy to its board of directors.
The two appointments are the latest moves by James Packer to revamp the board since taking control of the company following the death of his father Kerry in December. James, 38, is adding directors with international and banking experience as he expands in Asia.
