SUBANG JAYA: Paramount Corp Bhd is expecting a softer property market this year, but is hopeful that the growth in the company’s education division will offset any financial effects.

Group managing director and group chief executive officer Datuk Teo Chiang Quan told reporters after the AGM yesterday while a softer market was expected due to higher interest rates, the company was still keen to launch some projects, especially in strategic locations in Shah Alam and Sungai Petani in Kedah.
