KUALA LUMPUR: Avenue Capital Resources Bhd (ACRB) has received shareholders' approval for its proposal to merge with ECM Libra
Bhd.
The proposed merger would be via the acquisition by Avenue International Capital Bhd (AICB), the newly created entity for ACRB's internal restructuring, of ECM's operating subsidiaries by issuing 442 million new AICB shares of RM1 each.
