RVINE, California: With the liberalisation of the Malaysian automotive sector, market players are planning to set up manufacturing or assembling facilities in the country, International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Rafidah Aziz said.
“So now they are making plans already with 2010 just around the corner. They want to see how they can locate major operations in Malaysia so as to cater to Malaysians, the largest passenger car market in Asean,” she said.
