Providing long-term career path for graduates

KUALA LUMPUR: Companies are essentially competing with each other for talent so one way to attract top talent is to provide a long-term career path for graduates, said Jardine Matheson Ltd, Hong Kong group head of human resources, Ritchie Bent. 

The company, renowned for its more than 100 year-old graduate recruitment scheme, has had its share of problems, he told the CIMA conference yesterday.
