Suria KLCC to get QC cert for food outlets

KUALA LUMPUR: Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd aims to achieve Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification for all its food and beverage outlets in the shopping centre including Signatures Level 2 food court by early 2007. 

A total of 24 food retailers directly managed by the Suria KLCC management are the first to get the certification granted by Lloyd's Registered Quality Assurance. It consists of quality control procedures and processes from the moment the raw materials are received to the time it is served.
