KUALA LUMPUR: Independent power producer (IPP) Segari Energy Ventures Sdn Bhd (SEV) expects substantial savings from its issuance of RM930mil of sukuk ijarah or Islamic private debt securities (PDS).
Managing director Ahmad Jauhari Yahya said the facility had also enabled the company to stretch its loan tenure.
