One book tells directors of GLCs how to be a good corporate citizen, and the other on how to make sure wastage and corrupt activities are kept at bay.  

The Green and Red Books were presented to the chiefs of some of the biggest corporations in the country, and would serve as a guideline as to what needs to be done in the medium term. 

Judging from some of the comments, one thing is for sure – the fat is being trimmed and corporate profits could be on the way up.
