KUALA LUMPUR: United Malayan Land Bhd (UM Land), through its wholly-owned subsidiary UM Development Sdn Bhd, has entered into a conditional agreement with Akademi Pendidikan Pemandu (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to acquire leasehold commercial land in Setapak for RM30mil cash.
Akademi Pendidikan Pemandu Sdn Bhd is part of the Boustead Properties Bhd group of companies.
