UEM Builders MD feels very much at home

KUALA LUMPUR: Barely three months after taking over at the helm of UEM Builders Bhd, Ridza Abdoh Salleh already feels right at home. It's no surprise, of course, as he was once with a company that is part of the UEM group.

Ridza, 50, joined UEM Builders on Jan 1 as managing director, replacing Datuk Mohd Nor Idrus, who opted for early retirement. Before his appointment, Ridza was chief operating officer of Rangkaian Pengangkutan Integrasi Deras Sdn Bhd, or better known as Rapid KL.
