> FLONIC unit signs letter of intent with foreign companies: Flonic Hitec Bhd announced that its unit, Flonic Sdn Bhd, has signed a letter of intent with Bahamas-based BD&P International Ltd and FL CCP Partners LLC from United States to combine their expertise to develop a new automated high technology cleaning equipment capable of producing high value-added products. 

Flonic HiTec said the salient terms of the letter of intent included the formation of two new companies, one in Bahamas and the other in the US.  

A more detailed announcement would be made upon signing of the definitive agreement, it added. – Bernama 


> TMC LIFE UNIT APPOINTS INDON AGENT TO MARKET PRODUCT: TMC Life Sciences Bhd said its subsidiary, Damansara Fertility Centre Sdn Bhd (DFC), has appointed Indonesia-based travel agent Electratour as agent in Central Java to market, sell and promote the infertility treatment services offered by DFC.  

The appointment is expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net tangible assets this year. – Bernama
