> FLONIC unit signs letter of intent with foreign companies: Flonic Hitec Bhd announced that its unit, Flonic Sdn Bhd, has signed a letter of intent with Bahamas-based BD&P International Ltd and FL CCP Partners LLC from United States to combine their expertise to develop a new automated high technology cleaning equipment capable of producing high value-added products.
Flonic HiTec said the salient terms of the letter of intent included the formation of two new companies, one in Bahamas and the other in the US.
