PETALING JAYA: Datuk Ishak Ismail, the former managing director of KFC Holdings (M) Bhd (KFCH) said he has yet to be served with a legal suit purportedly filed against him by the company.
KFCH had on Monday told Bursa Malaysia that it had filed a lawsuit in the Kuala Lumpur High Court against Ishak for breaches of fiduciary and trust duties, and Said @ Shuaib Bakar for conspiring with Ishak.
