PETALING JAYA: Shell Refining Co Bhd announced a net profit of RM522mil for the year ended Dec 31, 2005, and declared that dividends for that year will total RM1 per share.
These dividends - a record annual level - consist of an interim dividend, a recommended final dividend, two special dividends and one special dividend of 10 sen.
