TOKYO: A rally in technology shares helped Japan's stock market bounce back Tuesday, erasing most of the losses from the previous session amid continuing fallout from the probe into Internet company Livedoor Co.
The Nikkei 225 index gained 288.24 points, or 1.88 percent, to close at 15,648.89 points.
