CHICAGO: United Airlines' creditors and unions will have a final chance to object to the company's bankruptcy exit plan at a confirmation hearing scheduled to begin Wednesday in federal bankruptcy court.
The plan already has been endorsed by a majority of creditors and appears all but assured of approval by Judge Eugene Wedoff after a hearing scheduled to last as long as three days.
